Please Note:

Shelby is NOT currently accepting new clients in order to maintain availability and provide consistent care to her existing clientele. This will be reassessed in the near future. If you are seeking an RMT you are welcome to join the waitlist and will be contacted should an opening become available.

  • Direct billing is offered with most extended health insurance providers.
  • If you’re feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please wait until you’re fully recovered before coming in. Shelby chooses to not treat anyone showing signs of cold or flu. This helps keep everyone healthy.
  • A credit card is required to secure your appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. You’re welcome to choose your preferred payment method at the time of your appointment.
  • Late cancellations made within 24 hours ($80 fee) and no-shows (full appointment fee).
  • At this time, Shelby is NOT accepting clients with open ICBC or WCB claims.

Thank you for respecting these policies and for helping keep appointment times available for others who may need care

Shelby Heppner, RMT

After over a decade in construction, Shelby returned to school at WCCMT Victoria to begin a new chapter as an RMT. Shelby’s RMT career began in Quesnel in July 2024, and she relocated to Prince George for December 2025 to continue building her practice and supporting a new community.

Her treatments are patient-centered and trauma-informed, often incorporating Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and joint mobilizations. Each session is tailored to her clients’ unique needs and goals, which is her top priority. She also believes your health and wellness journey doesn’t stop when you leave the room- self-care and consistency at home can make a powerful difference with the right tools, guidance, and encouragement.

Shelby has experience working with a wide range of clients, including those experiencing stress-related tension, recovering from injuries, or adapting to physical changes over time. She has also worked with individuals through different stages of life, including cancer-related care, pregnancy, and post-surgical recovery. She completed a Practice Development Program course on headaches and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ dysfunction), which provided her with additional techniques and knowledge to work intraorally, when indicated.

Outside of work, she enjoys adventuring- hiking, paddleboarding, fishing or rock hounding. She also loves a good book and staying active in her day to day life.
