Shelby is NOT currently accepting new clients in order to maintain availability and provide consistent care to her existing clientele. This will be reassessed in the near future. If you are seeking an RMT you are welcome to join the waitlist and will be contacted should an opening become available.
- Direct billing is offered with most extended health insurance providers.
- If you’re feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please wait until you’re fully recovered before coming in. Shelby chooses to not treat anyone showing signs of cold or flu. This helps keep everyone healthy.
- A credit card is required to secure your appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. You’re welcome to choose your preferred payment method at the time of your appointment.
- Late cancellations made within 24 hours ($80 fee) and no-shows (full appointment fee).
- At this time, Shelby is NOT accepting clients with open ICBC or WCB claims.
